Bocas Elderly Christmas Program, Meals on Wheel. Boxed gifts to independent seniors of staples including powdered milk, rice, sugar, coffee, pasta, bean, oil, canned meat & fish, cookies, caldo de pollo, bars of soap were delivered with a Christmas feast, with assistance by Volunteers of Christmas Meals on Wheels for Independent Seniors|& Casa de Asilo, Lily of Lilys Café made the deliveries on Christmas Day 2006, escorted by the National Police Department. Casa de Asilo established an outreach program and Elders of Casa de Asilo received a Christmas Day meal, including the employees working that day!
